Doesn't God already know what I need?

"The Prayer of Faith"
"Is anyone sick? He should call for the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord Jesus. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up, if he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective."
    (James 5:14)

How and where can I ask for Healing?
Jesus sees you
Jesus knows your name
He knows your needs
You are in His care even in the midst of a crowd.
Are you willing to meet with Him,
to come face to face with His power and love?
Come join us for prayer...
Sundays after the 10am service.

How often can I come for Prayer?
We encourage you to seek prayer again and again. We believe that God does heal instantaneous today, but more often healing is progressive. Jesus tells his disciples in
"We should always pray and not give up."  (Luke 18:1)

Is Healing Ministry Scripturally Based?
In the Healing Ministry, it is vital to establish that what we believe and teach is scripturally sound. When Jesus announced His ministry in (Luke 4:8) "He said He came to proclaim the year of the Lord, a time of restoration."

People today still seek restoration. We hunger and thirst to know God in a direct, experiential way. The sick need healing, today, just as they did in Christ's day.

The number of people who were healed by Jesus during His two-year ministry was astounding. When He sent out His disciples to future His ministry, He "gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and He sent them out to preach the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick."  (Luke 9:1-2)

It is the belief of the Healing Ministry that this commandment is still relevant to Christians today, and that the gift of healing is available to those who will simply ask God.

The Prince of Peace Healing Ministry is Christ-centered. Members of the Healing Ministry Teams are trained and dedicated to pray for healing. They encourage and teach other people to pray for healing.

Prince of Peace Healing Ministry is called to bring the healing message of the Gospel; that Jesus came to heal His people. By being open and responsive to the working of the Holy Spirit, we pray that God's love, guidance, and healing power would be released for the benefit of His people and to His glory. The Healing Ministry is dedicated to spreading our Lord's ministry of healing by praying with and teaching those needing physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of Him".  (1 John 5:14-15)
